Funeral Services

I have been honoured to present funerals services for many years now,

both cremations and burials, in all of the major cemeteries in Perth and some regional areas,

at Funeral Home Chapels and also in specially selected outdoor areas.

I will meet with you at your home or mine, and bring with me a suggested order of service, a wide range of

resources: verses, poems, music and suggestions of beautiful rituals which you can use to help to express your

thoughts and feelings on this most important of days.

I will write the eulogy for your loved one with the information you provide, putting your thoughts and memories into

words if you wish, or I will read the words you have written on your behalf.

Together we will create an honest, uniquely personal and unforgettable farewell for your loved one.

I will also create for you a beautifully bound Presentation Copy of the Service.

I will work closely with the Funeral Director/Funeral Company of your choice.

I am well known in the Funeral Industry for my warmth and for my professionalism.

Please read just some of the testimonials I have been humbled to receive from the families I have worked with.

Dear Julie,

Thank you for your qualities of listening, empathy and gentleness.  The qualities made us feel that Mum was being fare welled by a trusted friend, not by a stranger.

Dear Julie,

There really is no way to thank you for making the service so personal and meaningful in such a short period of time.  I watched the service on the DVD with my husband last night and I really believe that it managed to capture Mum’s tremendous spirit.  We meant every word we said to you – you are a gift to a grieving family!

To Julie,

Thank you for your care and understanding throughout the process of preparing the service, for Dad, your respect for your job and for me as a person really was appreciated.  I felt that the funeral had the quality and balance I was seeking. That was a real achievement.

Dearest Julie,

I am writing to thank you for the beautiful service you created for my mother.

I know she would have loved it. Your words were put together beautifully.

You did a fantastic job of celebrating her life. Thank you also for your compassion at this hardest of times.

Dear Julie,

We can’t thank you enough for your warmth and empathy when planning our Mum's funeral.   You helped us so much to overcome the sadness and to search out happy memories.  Your service was a beautifully chosen celebration of Mum’s life which we will always remember.

Hi Julie,
I would just like to thankyou so very much for the fantastic, compassionate way you conducted Mum's service.  It was an extremely difficult time for us as a family but you lightened that burden for us.  We had many people after the service commenting on what a beautiful service you performed.
Thank you again

Dear Julie,

We wanted to say a huge thank you to you for helping make our daughter’s funeral such a beautiful ceremony.

It is really the hardest thing we have ever had to do

Your care, compassion, sensitivity, professionalism and love, ensured our gorgeous girl was farewelled in the most beautiful way.

Much love and deepest respect,

Dear Julie,

I just wanted to thank you, from the depths of my heart, for the absolutely beautiful service you conducted yesterday for my brother. I cannot sing your praises enough. Sitting with myself and my family and allowing us to tell you about his life, and the service crafted from our conversations is nothing but the work of miracles.

The huge heart you posses and your ability to help families like ours is a gift you have embraced, and that brings nothing but smiles to my face and happiness to my own heart. The world is blessed to have people such as yourself, and I am so glad.

Thank you. You have left such a mark on my family and have made this time of absolute grief and sadness so much easier.

Being brought up in England I was used to funeral ceremonies being very depressing, hosted by "stuffy" old

religious ministers who didn't want to know much about the person who passed and focussed on the religious

 aspect of the ceremony.

When my beloved mum passed on the 4th February 2011 here in Rockingham Western Australia I dreaded the

thought of the funeral.  The funeral company recommended Julie as the celebrant and she came to see us on

Sunday and spent over an hour getting to know us and about mum's life.

Yesterday was mum's funeral and I can honestly say mum would have been delighted with the beautiful words

and service that Julie put together for us.

My dad, husband and I want to thank Julie from the bottom of our hearts for making the day a beautiful

and moving goodbye to a special lady.  Every single person who attended the service had the same kind words to

say about Julie.  Again, thank you

I'll leave it to you if you would like to use the above as a testimonial but either way they are heart felt and

 honest from all the family.
